Are you empathetic to a change in the Care Order form C110A?  -if so how would you change the Care Order Form?  let me know how you would change the Care Order form so it is less adversarial and less damaging to the parents than it currently stands.  I propose a third box with complex psychological and/or medical grounds’ which would mean it would not denigrate or blame the parent.  As the form currently stands care proceedings are a seriously traumatic experience for the parent.  Please contact me asap with your views.  email [email protected] Thank you Claire
